The Women's Impact Network is led by strategic communications consultant Lucy Pitcher, a former journalist and PR agency director with 20+ years' experience advising boards and senior leaders on reputation, growth and visibility.
She believes that in the age of AI, organisations that lead with people, not just product, will come out ahead. WIN is her way of making it easier for experienced women to be invited, quoted and promoted in line with their talent, making sure their impact is felt long before they walk into the room.
Lucy began building WIN after seeing first-hand how powerful womenâs networks can be when members actively support and advocate for each other - and wanting more women in B2B to have access to that.
